Thom Browne offers complimentary returns on all orders within 14 days of delivery, provided items are in their original condition with all tags and signature packaging intact. Please note that personalized items and fragrances are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in the original shipment box and include the printed return form inside to ensure efficient processing.
Attach the Label
Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your original order to the outside of the package, ensuring no previous tracking labels are visible.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at the designated courier location; once received and inspected at our atelier, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
